What are the requirements to become an Allocab partner driver?
To complete your registration as an Allocab partner driver, you must provide the following mandatory documents:
Required documents
- A valid driver’s license
 - A professional card (VTC, taxi, or moto-taxi, depending on your activity)
 - A Kbis extract issued within the last 3 months
 - Proof of registration in the relevant professional register (VTC register or other, depending on your license type)
 - Vehicle insurance certificate (former “carte verte”)
 - Professional liability insurance
 - Vehicle registration document (carte grise)
 - A valid technical inspection certificate
 - A French bank account (RIB)

Replacement of the RIR with the ADCS
The Restricted Information Report (RIR) is no longer issued in paper form.
It has been replaced by the Attestation de Droits à Conduire Sécurisée (ADCS) — a secure digital document that:
- Confirms your driving eligibility
 - Indicates the validity and any restrictions on your license
 - Can be accessed online via the Mes Points Permis service
 - Is valid for 4 months from the date of issue
