How does the passenger referral program work? What are the conditions?

Earn €5 and give €5 to your friends with the Allocab referral program.
You can refer as many friends as you like, directly from the mobile app or the website.

How does the referral program work?

The referrer shares their personal code with friends.
The referee receives a €5 discount on their first Allocab ride.
Once the referee completes their first ride, the referrer also receives a €5 voucher.
Offer valid for all services, except “Pool” (shared rides).

Referral codes expire 90 days after being issued.

How to share your referral code from the mobile app

1. Open the Allocab app and tap the “☰” menu icon.
2. Select “Referral program.”
3. Copy your code and share it via SMS, email, or social media.
4. If you don’t see the “Referral program” tab, make sure your app is up to date.

How to share your referral code from the Allocab website

1. Log in to your account at www.allocab.com.
2. Go to the “Referral” tab in the side menu.
3. Copy your code or use the available sharing options.

How to track your referees and use your vouchers

• Validated referees: Their first ride is complete, and you can now use your €5 voucher.
• Pending referees: Their first ride hasn’t been completed yet.

To use your voucher, copy the code into the “Promo or referral code” field before confirming your booking.

And for the referee — how does it work?

The referral code is automatically applied when creating the account, and the €5 discount is deducted from the first ride — no action required.
Once registered, the referee can also become a referrer!
