Promo codes may be sent to you by email if you are subscribed to our newsletter.
They apply to limited-time offers, special campaigns, or our loyalty program.

Terms of use for a promo code
- Each code is valid once per user.
 - Applies only to the specific ride or offer mentioned.
 - Valid only during the indicated period.
 - Cannot be combined with other discounts.
 - Valid for immediate or pre-booked rides.
 - Not valid for any potential “Pool” (shared ride) service.
 
How to apply a promo code in the mobile app
- Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses.
 - Select the date, time, and vehicle category.
 - Tap on the “Promo code” section on the confirmation screen.
 - Enter your code, then tap “Apply”.
 - The updated fare will appear automatically.
 - Tap “Book” to confirm your ride.
 
How to apply a promo code on the Allocab website
- Enter your route, date, and time.
 - Click on “View prices.”
 - Choose your vehicle category.
 - In the summary step, click on “Promo or referral code.”
 - Enter your code, then click “Apply.”
 - The fare will automatically adjust, or an error message will appear if the code is invalid.
