Can I modify my booking? Conditions and process

es, it is possible to modify certain details of your booking as long as your ride hasn’t started yet.
Otherwise, once on board, you can switch to a flexible ride where the route and duration can be adjusted freely.

Modifying a booking before departure

If your driver has not yet started their journey, you can update:

• The drop-off address
• The pickup time
• The number of passengers or bags

You can do this:

• From the website
• From the mobile app

Modifying a ride once on board

Once in the vehicle, you can ask your driver to switch to a flexible fare to:

• Change the drop-off address
• Add one or more stops (e.g. an additional stop along the way)
