I didn’t show up for my driver — what should I do?
If you booked an Allocab driver and did not show up at the pickup address at the scheduled time without cancelling your ride, no-show fees may apply after a standard waiting period.
Immediate rides (“Leave now”)
- Sedan, Green, and VAO categories: 5-minute standard waiting period
 - Business Sedan, Van, and Motorbike Taxi: 10-minute standard waiting period
 
During this time, your driver will try to contact you by phone.
If you do not show up, a text message will be sent to confirm the driver’s departure once the waiting time has expired.
Pre-booked rides (“Leave later”)
- All vehicle types: 5-minute standard waiting period
 
The same process applies: your driver will call you during the waiting period, and if you do not arrive in time, a text message will be sent before the driver leaves.
