How to book a ride with Allocab — steps and process

Choose the booking method that suits you best:

From the website www.allocab.com

Here are the steps to book a ride directly from the Allocab website:

  1. Log in to your Allocab account (or create one if needed).
  2. Choose your booking mode:
    • To leave immediately, click “Leave now.”
    • To book in advance, click “Leave later” and set the date and time.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Pickup address (address, airport, train station, etc.)
    • Destination (address, airport, train station, etc.)
    • If needed, add a stop by clicking “Add a stop.”
  4. Click the green button “View prices.”
  5. Choose your vehicle category (“Green,” “Sedan,” “Van,” “Motorbike taxi,” etc.).
  6. Enter your personal details if required (name, email, phone number, etc.).
  7. Select your payment method (credit card, business account, etc.).
  8. Check all details carefully, then confirm your booking.

A confirmation email will be sent immediately with all your ride details.


From the Allocab mobile app (iOS and Android)

Here are the steps to book a ride from the Allocab app:

  1. Log in to your account (or create one if needed).
  2. Enter your pickup address:
    • Choose a favorite address (“Home,” “Work”)
    • Or type a new address, then tap “Confirm.”
  3. Enter your destination:
    • Type the desired address (or choose from favorites, train stations, airports, etc.)
    • Tap the address to select it.
  4. Choose your departure time:
    • To leave immediately, tap “Leave now.”
    • To book in advance, tap “Leave later” and set the date and time.
  5. Tap “Validate.”
  6. Tap the green button “View prices.”
  7. Choose the vehicle category that suits you (“VAO,” “Green Sedan,” “Business Sedan,” etc.).
  8. Enter your personal details and select your payment method.
  9. Review all information carefully, then tap “Book” to confirm your ride.

A confirmation email will automatically be sent to the address linked to your account, with all ride details.


Payment process

The payment process is the same on both the website and the mobile app.
You can save or add a new payment card at any time to secure your bookings.
