What are the waiting time and delay conditions?

Your driver’s waiting time depends on:

• The vehicle category selected (Green, Sedan, VAO, Business, Van, Motorbike Taxi)
• The booking type (immediate or pre-booked)
• The pickup location (regular address, train station, or airport)

For regular addresses (home, office, etc.)

Pre-booked rides

• Sedan, Green, or VAO: 5 minutes free, then €0.35/min
• Business Sedan, Van, or Motorbike Taxi: 10 minutes free, then €0.46/min

Immediate rides

• Sedan, Green, or VAO: 5 minutes free, then €0.35/min
• Business Sedan, Van, or Motorbike Taxi: 5 minutes free, then €0.46/min

Beyond the free waiting period, any extra waiting time depends on the driver’s availability; the driver may decline to wait longer.

For train stations and airports

If you provide your train or flight number when booking, your pickup time is automatically adjusted in case of delays. You will also receive a text message confirming the updated time.

• Train station without a train number: 10 minutes free, then €0.35/min (Sedan) or €0.46/min (other categories)
• Airport without a flight number: 20 minutes free, then the same per-minute rates apply according to the vehicle category

Beyond the free waiting period, additional waiting is subject to the driver’s availability.
