How to delete my Allocab account?

You can delete your Allocab account at any time from your personal space.
Please note that this action is permanent and will result in the loss of all your data, ride history, and any associated promo codes.

Delete my account from the website

1. Log in to your account at www.allocab.com.
2. Click on your name, then select “My account.”
3. Click on “My information.”
4. Select the option “Delete my account.”
5. Confirm the deletion.

Delete my account from the mobile app

1. Open the Allocab app.
2. Go to “My account” or “Profile.”
3. Tap “My information.”
4. Select “Delete my account.”
5. Confirm your choice.
