What should I do if my flight or train schedule changes?
If you’ve booked an Allocab ride from an airport or train station and your flight or train is delayed or cancelled, here’s what to do depending on your situation — and whether you entered your flight or train number during booking.
In case of a delay
- Flight or train number provided:
Your pickup time will automatically adjust based on your actual arrival time.
You’ll receive an SMS confirming your updated schedule. - No flight or train number provided:
You’ll need to cancel your existing booking and create a new one with the updated time. 
In case of cancellation
If your flight or train is cancelled, make sure to cancel your Allocab ride as soon as possible to avoid no-show fees.
