Allocab can automatically adjust your pickup time — as long as you entered your flight or train number when booking.

What are the waiting conditions at stations and airports?

If your flight or train number is provided:

Your pickup time automatically adjusts based on real-time schedule updates.

• 5 minutes of free waiting time for Berline
• 10 minutes of free waiting time for Business Berline, Van, or Moto Taxi

After the free period:

• €0.35/min for Berline
• €0.46/min for Business Berline, Van, or Moto Taxi

Additional waiting time depends on the driver’s availability, who may decline to wait beyond the free allowance.

If no flight or train number is provided:

The driver will wait 5 minutes free of charge, after which waiting fees apply based on the vehicle category.
As always, continuing the wait remains at the driver’s discretion.

How to add your flight or train number

From the website www.allocab.com

1. Click on the “Pickup” field.
2. Select “Train stations” or “Airports.”
3. Choose your departure location.
4. Enter your flight or train number.
5. Specify the estimated time needed after arrival (e.g., for baggage claim).
6. Confirm and continue your booking.

From the Allocab mobile app

1. In the “Pickup location” field, select “Train station” or “Airport.”
2. Choose your pickup point.
3. Enter your flight or train number.
4. Indicate the estimated delay after arrival.
5. Proceed to finalize your booking.
