What should I do if I can’t log in to my Allocab Driver account?

There may be several reasons why you’re unable to log in to your driver account.


1. Check your login method

Use the same method you selected when creating your account:

  • Email and password
  • Phone number
  • Facebook account
  • Google account
  • Apple account

2. Invalid password

If you log in using your email and password and the login fails:

  • Click “Forgot password” on the login screen.
  • Follow the link sent to your email to reset your password.

3. Invalid or different email address

The email you’re using to log in may not be the one registered at signup, or there might be a typo.
Try logging in with another email address you use regularly.
