How to access the Help menu or request Driver Support?

1. Main functions available during a ride

  • Missing train or flight number
    Notifies the Allocab team that this information is unavailable, allowing you to contact the passenger if needed.
  • Incorrect address
    Reports that the passenger’s address is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Emergency
    Use only in case of an accident or police check. The Operations team will contact you directly.
  • Redispatch my ride
    Allows you to cancel and reassign a ride in case of force majeure, without penalty up to 1 hour before pickup.
  • Request a call back
    Requests a call from an Allocab team member, for urgent issues only related to an ongoing ride.

2. New: Contact via Intercom

You can now contact the Allocab support team directly from the app using Intercom, our integrated messaging system.

  • Open Intercom: tap the “Contact” button in the Assistance menu.
  • View conversations: access them from the “Conversations” tab.
  • Resume or start a new chat at any time.
  • Real-time notifications: if you receive a reply while outside Intercom, you’ll be notified and redirected to the chat instantly.
