How to cancel an Allocab booking? Conditions and possible fees.

Whether you’re on the Allocab website or mobile app, follow these steps to cancel your booking:


From the website www.allocab.com

  1. Log in to your Allocab account.
  2. Go to the “Bookings” tab to view upcoming and past rides.
  3. Find the ride you want to cancel.
  4. Click the “+” button to display the booking details.
  5. Click “Cancel ride.”
  6. Select a cancellation reason from the options provided and confirm your request.

From the Allocab mobile app (iOS and Android)

  1. Open the Allocab app and sign in to your account.
  2. Open the side menu, then go to “My bookings.”
  3. In the “Upcoming” tab, select the ride to cancel to view its details.
  4. Tap the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Choose the reason for cancellation (e.g., the driver is late, I no longer need the ride).
  6. Confirm the cancellation by tapping “Yes.”

During the process, the app will display any applicable fees or refunds directly on screen.


Cancellation conditions

For pre-booked rides

  • Free cancellation with a full refund if made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Less than 30 minutes before pickup, a fee applies depending on the vehicle category:
    • Sedan, Green, or VAO: €16
    • Business Sedan: €20
    • Van: €25
    • Motorbike taxi: €25
  • After the pickup time or in case of no-show: the full fare is charged.

For immediate rides

  • Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking confirmation.
  • After 5 minutes or in case of no-show, the following fees apply:
    • Sedan, Green, or VAO: €10
    • Business Sedan: €15
    • Van: €20
    • Motorbike taxi: €25
