Can I change my destination or add a stop during the ride?

Yes, you can request to modify your trip once on board (change your destination or add an extra stop).
This option is called a “flexible ride”, and it can only be activated by the driver.


When can you request a route adjustment?

  • You’d like to make an unplanned stop (e.g., pass by another location).
  • You change your mind about the destination during the ride.
  • You’d like to take a detour or drop someone off along the way.

In all these cases, the driver may accept or decline depending on their availability.


How to modify your ride during the trip

Modifications cannot be made via the app. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Inform the driver once on board that you’d like to add a stop or change the destination.
  2. The driver can activate the “flexible ride” mode from their interface.
  3. The trip will then be automatically recalculated.
  4. The fare will be adjusted according to the new route.

How does this affect the fare?

The initial fare will automatically be updated based on the new route (distance and duration).
The final price will be recalculated at the end of the ride to reflect the actual journey completed.
